I greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I extend my warm welcome to you to become a member of the I.F.G.B.C. family. The I.F.G.B.C. consists of a community of men from different culture, backgrounds, denominations and languages. Living together in a community like this calls for sacrifice and discipline, with respect for one another. The degree and diploma programs emphasize practical and Biblical aspects of the Christian life. We will try our best to form your life according to God’s will for your life. We trust that before you leave you will know clearly the ministry the Lord wants you to do. ABOUT US

The founder of the Bible college is Rev. Dr. Gideon Nickelson. The main objective of India Full Gospel Bible college is to equip men in the Word of God to reach the unreached in India for Christ in this generation. The total life and ministry of each student’s academic, spiritual and practical life is taken into consideration for training. Knowing the Lord and loving Him is held supreme in the lives of the students. The I.F.G.B.C. consists of a community of men from different cultures, backgrounds, denominations and languages. Living together in a community like this calls for sacrifice and discipline, with respect for one another.

The degree and diploma programs emphasize practical and Biblical aspects of the Christian life. The college prays that after graduation, the students will be Vessels of Honor set apart for the Lord’s ministry, prepared for every good work. So far, more than 700 students have gone all over India, Malaysia & other countries.

HISTORY

India Ful Gospel Bible College was founded by Rev. Dr. Gideon & Mrs. Ida Nickelson. Rev. Dr. Gideon Nickelson is the Director of the India Full Gospel Bible College. The Lord told him to start a bible college in the K.G.F. area during the 1960s. He then began to pray daily that the Bible College would be established to train men to be faithful ministers of God. The Lord granted his petition and enabled him to start the Bible College with eight students in a small rented house on August 22, 1983.

Rev.Dr. Gideon Nickelson & Rev. Dr. Monovah Nickelson continued to pray with the students for a larger building. The Lord answered their prayers, and through the kind help of Rev. Ted Yuke and the Rock Church in Canada, a beautiful building was built. The Bible College is located on a two acre site in K.G.F. It was dedicated on February 10, 1989. Over 700 Graduates have gone out of the I.F.G.B.C. They are presently serving the Lord as church planters, pastors, evangelists and missionaries in various parts of India- including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, New Delhi and Mizoram.
